Rafiqul has a prolific record of implementing solutions to synthetic route, synthesis, compound purification and characterisation problems. Rafiqul’s extensive expertise in small molecule synthesis (MW < 500) and synthesis of large molecules (MW 700-1200+) across many areas of organic chemistry such as heterocycles, peptides and prodrugs has been key to successful solutions for our clients. Rafiqul joined Epichem in 2014 after extensive experience in research and education in Japan and Bangladesh.
