Returns and Refund Policy
Please note:
***Products are not sold to individuals. We do not ship to residential addresses. Consumer orders will be cancelled and a refund issued (excluding any fees & charges incurred by Epichem as a result of the refunded purchase - such as Shopify and Stripe fees)
New customers undergo an internal onboarding process. As part of this process, new customers may be asked for more information. Additional restrictions may apply.***
Return and refund policy
Due to the nature of the products Epichem sells, we are unable to offer returns except in exceptional circumstances. For example, in the rare instance a product is found to not conform with the provided product specifications at the time of receipt by the customer (evidence must be supplied). In this circumstance, Epichem will replace the product free of charge, or, in the event Epichem cannot replace the product in a reasonable time frame, Epichem may offer a full refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or other evidence regarding a non-conforming product, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
